Middlebury Handbook

Middlebury Institute Online reserves the right to cancel a course in a given term or session due to low enrollment (normally defined as 4 or fewer students enrolled in the course for credit). Exceptions may be made for practicum or capstone courses required for students to graduate at the discretion of the Dean of Middlebury Institute Online. In the event a course is cancelled, all previously enrolled students will be notified of the course cancellation before the beginning of the session in which the course was scheduled to be offered. The student will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees previously paid for the cancelled course and alternative course selections may be offered by the program director or academic advisor.
