Middlebury Handbook

If a student voluntarily withdraws from the Middlebury Institute Online at any time after the academic session has begun, tuition shall be refunded as follows: 

Time of Withdrawal from Middlebury Institute Online	Percent Tuition Refunded or Credited
Before the 11th day of the academic session	100%
11th through 15th day of the academic session	50%
16th through the 23rd day of the academic session	10%

Note: Federal financial aid has different refund rules. Students receiving federal financial aid should speak with the Office of Student Financial Services before withdrawing.
