In the case of a student who fails to make satisfactory academic progress in any semester, the Institute shall transmit notice to the student of placement on academic probation. To continue studies at the Middlebury Institute, a student on academic probation must achieve satisfactory academic progress status by the end of the following semester and must also satisfactorily complete all additional requirements stated in the notice of academic probation.
